To Resend a login invite to an existing user:
Go to the main Slidebank interface and click 'Metrics' in the left-hand column, then click 'All Users'. NOTE: Only Admins can access these 'Setup' menus.
Find the user in the 'All Users' screen. You can narrow down the search by clicking the alphabetic letters at the top or type their name into the search box at the top of the 'User Name' column. If you make a mistake you can click the 'X' to clear your previous entry.
Click the three dots menu next to their name...
Select "Send invite to Log-in Email'
This will send that user a fresh login invitation by email.
OR (for new users only):
Log in to the main Slidebank interface and click the Slidebank logo at the top-left corner of the first screen. This shows a dashboard that includes a section called 'User Status'. NOTE: Only Admins can see this screen.
Under 'User Status' look at the 'Invites to Log in' box and note how many users are in the 'Not sent' category.
If the answer is more that zero, click that number.
This shows a list of users who have never been sent a Log in Invitation. Click the names of those users you wish to receive a login Invitation by email.
NOTE: This only works for users who have never logged in. For established users, use the Resend section above instead.
