If you're unsure about the content or Abilities settings for a particular user, you can actually impersonate them to experience Slidebank through their eyes (without having to use their login).
This can be very useful if they raise a support query. More often than not, if Slidebank isn't working as expected, it's an issue with the Abilities settings, so this is a great way to check what they're entitled to do.
To impersonate a user:
Go to 'Setup' > 'Manage Users'
Search for the user in the user search bar
When their name comes up, click the options menu next to their name (the three dots)
Select 'Impersonate user'
When you're done, click their name in the upper-right corner of the application and choose 'Stop Impersonating'. You can also simply refresh your browser to return to normal.
