How to see where your slides have been used elsewhere

In which Virtual presentations are your slides appearing?

Updated over 6 years ago

If you own a Master file in Slidebank and you want to know where your slides are being used elsewhere, there's a quick way to find out.

If you click on your Master file in the Content Library, Slidebank will display the individual slides in the main window.

Underneath each slide, you'll see a little 'light' that's on (yellow) or off (blank).

In this example, all the slides are 'lit', which indicates that they've all been used in at least one Virtual presentation within Slidebank. If the light is off for any slide, it means it's not yet been used elsewhere.

If you click on the yellow light, Slidebank will launch a pop-up, which details where the slide has been used:

This will tell you who owns the Virtual presentation(s) in question, when it was created and the position in the presentation that your slide takes.

If you click on 'Go To Presentation', Slidebank will take you straight to the Virtual presentation so you can see your slide in context.

Hopefully this is helpful. If you have any questions, do let us know!
