Sometimes it's useful to make changes to the slides, or the order of slides, within a virtual presentation. This could include adding additional slides or removing slides that are no longer needed. Just use the following steps...
Navigate to the virtual presentation in Slidebank.
Click New next to Your Selection.
If you want to start with the slides already in the virtual presentation, just click the 'Add All To Selection' button above the slides.
Navigate to the presentation that contains slides you want to add to your selection.
Drag/drop the slide(s) into the correct position in your selection.
Go to other presentations to add their slides too, if required.
Remove any slides from your selection that you no longer need.
If any slides are out of order, just drag/drop them into the correct position.
Save your selection into its folder using the same name (if you click the name of the virtual in the Save dialog, it will enter it into the Filename box for you).
Make sure you choose the Virtual save method, and click Next.
Slidebank will ask whether you want to overwrite the virtual presentation that already exists - click Yes. Note: you won't be able to overwrite the presentation if it's a master or is owned by someone else.
This will update your virtual presentation with the correct selection of slides.
