Slidebank Charts

Mining Slidebank for valuable information (see also Slidebank Reports)

Updated over 3 years ago

Charts are available to Slidebank Administrators only. They are fixed, quick-reference snapshots of the key metrics from your Slidebank site and new charts are added from time-to-time in response to customer requests.
The Charts are divided into 5 different sections, so let's make a start on the first one by clicking Metrics / Charts...

Charts / Views

Then click 'Views' to see...

...how many people have viewed your files in Slidebank by: their user Role, by the Top 10 Users, by the Folder or by the Presentation name. You can also see the number of views for your Top 10 presentations...

...or choose from Views by Slide (Top 10); Views by year, by months (for all years), by days of the week (for all months) and even by time of day (for all days).

Note: Bar charts are shown by default for all charts but you can select a pie chart or line graph instead - whichever works best for your data.

Charts / Logins

Similarly, Metrics / Charts / Logins can tell you who has logged in by Role, Logins by User for your Top 10 users, Logins by the Year, and Logins by Months for all years, as seen here...

...and lastly, there's are charts showing Logins by the day of the week and by the time of day.

Charts / Likes

If you are using 'Likes', these charts show how many Likes have been clocked up by Role, by User, by Folder, by Presentation or by your most popular Slides...

...then there's 'Likes by Year', Likes by Months for all Years, by Day of the week and by time of day.

Charts / Favourites

In the same vein there are charts to show those presentations marked as 'Favourites' by Role, by User, by Folder and by Top 10 slides...

...then by Year, by Months Days or Time of Day (for all years).

Charts / Downloads

Lastly comes a selection of Charts to show the Roles responsible for the most Downloads, then which User, which folders they came from and which are the Top 10 downloaded presentations...

...then the Top 10 slides downloaded across all presentations, Downloads by Year, by Month, by Day of the Week and by Time of Day.

Hint: Do take time to click around in the Charts - they can be very revealing.
