In Slidebank, you can tag content either at the file level or at an individual slide level.
To understand why you might want to tag content at all, please read this.
Tagging individual slides
There are two ways to tag slides as follows:
β
A) This is the first (recommended) way to tag an individual slide:
Click on the 'dots' menu at the top of a slide thumbnail
Click on the 'Slide Metadata' tab menu item at the right
You can then fill in the boxes with relevant Metadata entries:
Enter your slide metadata as needed then Apply the changes:
Please note:
You can only add metadata to slides whose files you own (or for which you've been given permission to edit metadata)
You'll need to have the 'Enter Slide Metadata' Ability switched ON to use this feature
The metadata fields that you see will be determined by the fields you Administrator has set up (under Setup > Metadata Headings) so may differ from those above
B) The second way to tag a slide with metadata is as follows:
Double-click on the slide thumbnail
Click on the 'Metadata' tab at the top
Enter your slide metadata as needed then Apply the changes:
Your Metadata choices may differ from those shown above
